This offer is valid for 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issue and thereafter subject to confirmation by New Chandni Creation.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Replacement is provided only for confirmed manufacturing defects. To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 15 days of delivery with evidence (photos/videos) and order details. Confirmed replacements will be provided free of charge; return shipping for inspection may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

1. Send a technically & commercially clear Purchase Order to our email with full scope and delivery address.
2. Make 100% advance payment as per the invoice.
3. Orders will be processed after receipt of payment and PO.
